Q. I am looking for a particular product and don't see it on your site. Can I still order it from McConkey?
A. Please contact us to inquire about non-stock items. The items shown on our site are all the products that we stock, but we can work with you and our vendor to get you any additional products you need. Minimums may apply depending on product and vendor.
Q. I have an existing account with McConkey. Can I still get my account payment terms on orders from your website?
A. Yes. On the payment page, just select "Pay on existing account." You will receive an invoice and pay as you normally would. Please note that this is for current McConkey accounts only. If you choose the "Pay on existing account" option, and you do not include a customer number, or the customer number is incorrect or out of date, we will contact you for alternative payment information.
A. No. You can create an account on our website that will save your name and address information in order to make future ordering quicker and easier. This account will also keep track of your previous orders, so you can easily reorder in the future. This is different from your McConkey Customer account, which includes more in-depth information such as your reseller's permit information. If you are a business owner or buyer who plans on ordering frequently from McConkey, we recommend creating both accounts. Q. Where can I find my McConkey Customer Number?
A. Your Customer Number is located on all invoices, in the Bill To area.
Q. I hold a current Washington or California Resellers Permit. Do I need to pay state sales tax on orders from mcconkeyco.com?
A. No. If McConkey has your valid resellers permit on file, your sales tax will be refunded. However, the amount shown at checkout and charged to your card will have tax included. If you provide us with your McConkey Customer number (found on the Cart page before checkout), we will refund the state sales tax 1-3 days after your order is charged. You will receive an email confirmation of the final amount charged to your card.
Q. Do you ship to my area?
A. We can ship cases and pallets anywhere in the US and Canada via FedEx, UPS, McConkey truck, or LTL freight. Please see our policies page for more information.
A. FedEx small package delivery is unable to ship perlite, vermiculite, anything over 150 lbs, or rolls of ground cover or polyfilm over 6'. Any orders containing one of these items must be shipped via McConkey truck or LTL. Minimums apply.
